Authorised Crypto-Asset Service Provider
CheckSig Clear is a product of CheckSig S.r.l. Società Benefit, an Italian crypto-asset service provider (CASP) authorised by CONSOB pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCAR). Under CONSOB Resolution No. 23974 of 6 May 2026, adopted following consultation with the Bank of Italy, CheckSig became the first CASP authorised in Italy and is listed in the public register maintained by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
Authorized in Switzerland
CheckSig Suisse AG is a member of the Verein zur Qualitätssicherung von Finanzdienstleistungen (VQF), a Swiss Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO) officially recognised by the Swiss Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). As part of VQF, CheckSig undergoes regular independent audits on its AML policies and procedures.
